Regardless of if he's a villain (or a hero)...I like Isacc Noir. Firstly, his character design is compelling, now I didn't say 'pretty', I feel like the design gives off exactly what it's meant to give off...I just really like the design. Secondly, he's a very intriguing character so far, I want to know why he's so attached to his hero dad and what kind of mental rewiring he went through to make him this way. It's clear he has a LOT of issues, it'd be nice to see his character develop overtime.
