I personally think this manhwa is realistic in that aspect.. since the emperor is not the kind that 'I'll do everything to have you' and ignored all the things he need to reconsider as a monarch.. but he did take things slowly
And as for his kid, ofc they will pressured him to have a heir as soon as possible to secure the throne
I see, ig i do see the point but I still don't understand why he decided to keep all 3( i did drop it right after this so i could definitely be missing something), i just felt bad for all 3 of them, just being married for no reason.
And especially the last point about the emperor being hung up on mc, felt just so weird.
Thanks for explaining tho really appreciate it, ig it's good that it's being realistic to the time period but seems that's not something I'd like, i just ended up feeling bad for the girls here.

Firstly i am kinda sad that they don't actually show the clashes and just the aftermath. I was especially hyped about the river thing but they just skipped it for some reason, kinda disappointing but well, it's not too bad.
Ch 32: they're cold af holy, kinda wish they'd keep her around since she was innocent in all this and didn't cause any harm.
Ch 36: i love their sibling like banters haha, love how they've come so far ahhh.
Ch 41: don't introduce a goddess and let her go I'm crying
Ch 46: funniest chapter but I'm gonna drop it if it's some dumbass plot

Ch 60: actually so adorable omg, i feel bad for the purple haired guy but they're all so adorbs ahhh. And i hope they do change the laws and give the females more rights ahhh i was sooo hoping a story would bring up something like this
Ch 66: although i love that the author did include the misogyny woman do face, ahh, it's still heartbreaking, there's no winning whatever they do. I love mc sm, having been through this shit for 10 years.
Ch73: actually such a sweet chapter. Almost made me cry
Ch 83: as much as i hate the concubine stuff because it's just the kings being shitty to their other wives, if all the fls were chill af and it was consensual, the 4 of them would've been cool together. I mean you can take the emperor out the picture atp.
Ch 86: actually such a good way for a throwback, i always pitied her, i wish she could've been saved still. And i still feel bad for the future empress/concubine, their existence is so limited, hurts my soul.
Ch 88: i have a funny feeling writing romance isn't for the author.
Ch 98: I'm really happy mc along with the story brings up about the injustice against women and seems like there would be something done about it. I am a bit sad it wasn't twin daughters, i would've loved for them to not believe in such superstition and bring about the change.
Ch : 102, i like the talks about adoption
Ch 108: I would've liked if mc actually had a partner that's not the emperor. I'm starting to not like the emperor very much, he's fine as an emperor but feels awful as a partner, wasn't a fan of concubines because it made no sense. And I don't like that he's still hung up on mc even though it's been a year since he's been a father
