the bottom has not been raped but some of the scenes are dubious in nature. if you're traumatised from manhwas maybe start reading the tags ? why bother with this genre

When you scroll down under the chapter list, it'll be there. Rape is tagged explicitly. However if this genre is sensitive for you i would recommend avoiding "psychological" "dark and twisted" types of stories
no, i do read these types of genres frequently, however i just like to know what i'm getting myself into before i start reading, which is why i will ask if there is any rape and so on but thank you for telling me
The “bottom” seems to only bottom for our MC, there hasn’t been any mention or showing of rape, but the story is pretty messed up in other ways

Definitely worth reading, it’s a potential gem imo
But it’s not the type of story that’s only dramatic or makes you feel happy. There are serious topics in this series such as child neglect, abuse, and manipulation
But the main couple doesn’t abuse each other. They are sort of on and off, but they do care about each other. The bottom is deranged in the sense that he’ll go to any extent to protect the MC, and he did stalk the MC in the period of time they weren’t together

Thankfully, nothing like that happened BUT the bottom himself kind of do some questionable things towards the top (spoiler: almost kill his top after their break up, choke his top, and is really really obsessed with him). If you're into dark romance, I think you will appreciate this. The author is doing a great job in writing the characters hehe.
