yuwon most likely has ptsd because he was heavily abused and bullied as a child. one symptom of his disorder is the brain rewriting and altering painful memories to help him cope, and we can see that in the way he remembers dohoon being the bullied one when in reality it was yuwon going through all that bullying.
because he's mentally unstable he is very dependent on dohoon and can't seem to push him away even though he acts like he hates him, but his actions show otherwise, especially in the past
