I agree that it's disgusting to read but unfortunately it might not be uncommon in that time period(?)/setting. Perhaps I'm hopeful that the story can portray some nuance and even if the prince is an antagonist, he doesn't blame himself and gets help from other characters. But he should absolutely get punished for his incompetence or willingly abdicate
Lowkey might drop this after reading that chapter, the prince getting SA'd. Nobody should ever be in that situation, let it be a woman or a man— it disgusts me really. I don't know if I'll be able to finish this.
