How fucking stupid is this guy?! I mean, we knew he's not the brightest, but almost bragging about being a cop in front of the guy who not only holds a knife at you, but also turns out to be the main suspect is the absolute dumbest shit he could've done there. I hate when authors make the mc so stupid, especially when he's someone who shouldn't be. And how important is that boss to him that he blows his own cover at the mere mention of that island?
