Wait this reminds me a lot of "Dear Door", from the character design with both mc looking kinda the same with the black hair and blue eyes + ml with the tan skin and blonde hair.. even their personality and the comedic aspect in the story, kinda making me wonder if this author actually got inspired by Dear Door, but anyways it's very interesting. Looking forward to reading more
