GENUINE QUESTION

is it still worth it? Like they didn't nerfed yeon for doha right? I'm kind of traumatized with manhwas making fl depend on a man. Also I dropped it after learning Biseol is not the ml so... is Doha a good choice?

Doha was the better choice imo. Bro genuinely fell inlove with the person she is even when he didn't know she was a woman. I'm not even saying Biseol is bad. Yeon and Doha have great chemistry that didn't feel weird the way BiseolxYeon felt.

In my case I'd like to imagine that there is not a determined "ml". She mades inmortal to Biseol first, just like she swore to him, because I think she couldn't imagine living an inmortal live without him. He has become a part of her, as she has become the reason to exist for him. She looked for a remedy to save him desperately, gave him her blood for days to keep him alive and heal him. If thats not love,... what else is?. Of course the chemistry with Doha is great. Also because he is "water" and she is "fire"; oposed but they balance each other out. Anyway, Why SHOULD SHE have to CHOSE ONE OF THEM?... She loves to keep scaping with Biseol, the two of them alone, to travel like they have been doing for centuries. I also want to believe that they finally had started having intimacy at some point, althou there is no panel showing a scene like that, but, comeon!... why not?...She is frequently teasing him. When he finally feels more valuable and selfasured, that is the most logical thing to happen. In my opinion Doha is pasionate / posesive love and Biseol is mystic / unconditional love, and she likes both of them. She wanted to be emperor in order to chage things for women and to be a powerful and FREE one, not to be attached and lose herself due her passion to the first prince. Of course it's clear that he will be struggling for her exclusivity, but she's stubborn. I don't think she would ever renounce to Biseol for him. To imagine that at the end that would happen makes me feel very disappointed.

woah, that's a very good interpretation! I'll keep this in mind since I won't lie, i still won't touch this because of Biseol not being the end game. I personally like the idea of her not having any ML at the start but Biseol just really showed up for me. Not only that, I am happy that Yeon was able to achieve what she wants based on you and the other replies. I'm happy they didn't nerfed her for a man and keep her attitude.

But in the end, didn't you read the whole manhwa? If not, I encourage you to do so. I also love Biseol's character, so the ambiguity of there not being any panels showing sex between Biseol and Yeon, even though they often have physical contact and she acts quite seductively with him (in my opinion), the sudden appearance of Doha as the main romantic interest, which seemed forced to me (as if the author suddenly changed his mind for some reason), and the panel of Yeon and Doha holding hands at the end—IT HURTS. But anyway, this manhwa is so good that it's still worth reading to the end, wich for me, doesn't make it entirely clear that she chooses ONLY Doha.
