Is it just me who sees internalized misogyny in women purposef putting down yuri while comparing both bl & wlw

I know yaoi is more popular cuz we are majorly girls and it's totally valid if you like yaoi more but why do some people get aggressive, and start saying yuri could never be as enjoyable and yaoi and all that. Ask them one yuri and theyd only know bad thinking diary. Literally just fought on insta with someone who couldn't mind their own business. I like both equally, let's be progressive and not put either down.
