Can everyone see that pilsang is scared of what future jooeon will do if he confesses his feelings now? He knows he will get rejected n cut off hence he is afraid to tell his true feelings. He is content with what he gets now so he is only greedy at this moment. A moment where jooen is still nice to him (due to him being the test subject).
