OMG I LOVE PIGEONS and I gotta praise the author for building in their struggles and how society sees and treats them. People be complaining about their poop, but with a good food source for them, this wouldn’t be even an issue. Also calling them dirty, which ain’t true. They just need locations to clean themselves (fountains) BUT so that they can stand in the water. Also reminding everyone that we humans are responsible for them. After all we are the ones who did abandon them on the streets
