I mean, she's a real kid who's definitely not guided and is dealing with her own emotions so it kinda make sense. Some kids do hate others and ignore them or even forget them out of spite.
i think she was hurt by her dad's comment (and ido made it worse by his) but she idolizes her dad and wants his approval so she can't bear to be mad at him, so she basically took it out on ido
