The female lead is one of the richest people in the empire and she's the founder of a communication device company and the male lead was puppy like he's the duke (ig not sure) and he has blonde hair, I'm pretty sure he's the strongest magician in the empire as well. The plot is that the female has been cursed that she has to end all the conversations or she'll turn into stone by a mysterious entity who does some tricks to bring them together.
