It’s sad ending but the story felt too short for me to get deeply attached and care. Tbf I could just be heartless. Spoiler: . . . . it happened kinda fast. Oh he lived the jump. Then a few panels later oops he died anyway in the future and you didn’t see them interact again. I don’t get the point of a fake out if you’re just gonna kill them off later without much development. Like bruh… I think it had potential if the author was just given more time to flesh out things.
