When you ask Google it says, no they won't end up together. I believed it. I've read recent chapters, and it becomes suspicious.

Anyway here's the summary, apparently the MC is dense. He keeps ignoring the way seeri keeps acting suspicious, and jealous. Instead of him when she's still young nipping it in the bud, and telling her no. He acts oblivious all threw her teens, until she grows up to become a super strong demon king.
Apparently there's yandere tags on the original novel, so she's kind of obsessive plus at this point she's way stronger than him and he eventually gives up and accepts the so called relationship.
I don't blame her, he's had all these years to correct her behavior, tell her despite her, he's practically her father he'll always be there for her, but he actively ignored this behavior until it's too late.
Such a shame.
I don't care whether she essentially forced him into a relationship, it's gross. He practically raised her.
