It's... bad? Started nice. Art okay considering this is probably one of the earlier generation, which is way lacking compared to many newer series. The frustrating part is just... the whole story... so chaotic, unreasonable, and full of useless and irresponsible people. It felt like such a chore to finish reading this, with dozens of other series I had to read in between every time it got unbearable to continue.
