The point is, this tamed Jiwook no longer question the "why" of his situation. He just accept the fact that he's trapped in this room; he wants to go out; he doesn't like Juyeon getting mad at him. It made everything Juyeon want to achieve meaningless cause Jiwook doesn't even ask "what did I do to deserve this" anymore. He no longer has something to shatter cause Jiwook had become completely broken. If he told him "I did that because you did this" now, it would feel more like he was making excuses for his own action... it shouldn't be like that! What Juyeon did Jiwook totally deserved! So why does he look so pitiful? Fuck. Right, Juyeon, fuck.

Just what kind of role are you playing right now, actually? Suddenly the line between "victim", "punishment", and "monster" gets blurred. Is this "just", Juyeon? It's obvious to us what's happening: Jiwook is losing his mind and is turning into a literal dog. He cannot even form a thought about his situation, he doesn't feel wrongly treated as a human. The only thing in his mind is Juyeon's love and attention, like a dog to its owner. How do you blame a dog who cannot even decipher the sin of men, Juyeon? A dog born of your abuse, nevertheless. Tormenting Jiwook felt grativying to him before because he can throw his anger & hatred onto this very much well and healthy piece of shit. But now? Gone is the resistence along with the garbage of a man. Instead, Jiwook turned into something that craves his gentle touch. Something... resembling the 17 years old himself omfg am I getting this right fuck I love this series so much.
