I dont know why but compared to Kang he felt like much more interesting and complicated character. Yes he is the bad guy of the story, but he had much more potential about being the second ML. It made zero sense that Kang was jealous of Muchan who was basically MCs school bully. If there was any romantic gestures then that would be different story but Muchan made zero, he only bullied and try to blackmail.
This story could have had more depth Muchan was serious 2nd lead as in MC would even know about his feelings (currently he is still ignorant). Kang was.. so bland. In high school he had at least some personality but as an adult he has none. His whole personality is just "I have this rare disease from one-sided imprint which no one ever adresses what it is and I am feeling sorry about the past and want to butter up my kid to get her daddy to like me". Kang would have been more interesting character if he had more strict attitude. Now he just seems kitty cat playing tiger.
