Guurrrlll he'll leave her and go back to his old life and the poor will be pregnant with his kid.. they'll end up together ofc but many shit will happen because when he regain his memories he'll remember how she deceived him at the beginning of being his wife and think she never loved him and just used him.. plus he'll not recognize his own feelings as well..but he'll regret it tho. Still it's a lot of angst...
