he does see the omega again but he doesn't care about him, at that stage, dohyun is already deeply in love with wooyeon and they are dating. we also see the alpha too from omega complex and he's probably more important than the omega I'd say but ofc we only see him once in the main story and we will see the omega once last time too.
There is some angst and a little bit betrayal.
And yes uke does get jealous. Cause he learned that seme liked the senior uke but also claimed he was starting to like this mc when they were tutoring but he had to stop but never forgot about him.
