it's def NOT omegaverse y'all

since the first chapters it has been very obvious that the ml has given birth. this is most likely the result of some kind of experiment of the cult, explaining the reason why pharmacists would have any connection with this events + it would also explain all the imagery and syringes we saw when the cult was first mentioned. when it comes to male pregnancy there are lots of other ways to go about it other than just omegaverse... it just doesn't seem very likely, we don't need to limit the idea of mpreg being automatically linked with abo.

Are you dumb? This is the result of human experimentation but it is obviously that the cult is trying to establish the ABO

I wish this was the case, as someone whose least enjoyable genre is omegaverse, I would've found it far more interesting tbh. Ch 19 just about confirms this era and its events mark the beginning of abo in this universe.
There are still endless questions about the actual origins, why did the first man to give birth had to be Seong Su instead of any other manifested omega, whether it was a fully natural occurrence or artificially induced, how much truth there is to the "commandments", why is the timing of this supposed natural, biological evolution so conveniently coinciding with the millennium change and the subsequent religious cult proselytism it's being utilized for?

Half the clues point to man-made, technological advancement in the medical and pharmaceutical fields and the other half (such as the "Son" identifying pheromone scents) that it's truly a natural evolution branch. And you mention how it was obvious that Seong Su had given birth from the start, but that was only due to the context of the dialogue talking of the daughter being his copy etc. What about the lack of any physical signs of birthing on his body? Am I really supposed to believe he gave birth anally and didn't even tear to get some stitches? That's quite the unrealistic feat... And it's also why I kept hoping that for a story with a focus on details to provide clues, this would be of significance and a sign of a more complex truth. But I guess we'll see.

mpreg =/= omegaverse. this story has male pregnancy, but is definitely NOT the beginning of ABO—it’s likely a different method of male pregnancy entirely. also, it’s quite rude to call someone dumb, especially when the call is coming from inside the damn house

i did see the symbols and believed them to be representative of something else, but i didn’t even consider that the end of the chapter would be people in heat. tbh, i chalked it up to a group orgy/rape scene. thanks for sharing your perspective!
