Are vampires immortal or long lived in this? Or do they have a normal lifespan?

if i remember correctly, earlier in s1 he says they have very long lifespans but because he’s only half vampire he seems to be ageing normally and having a similar lifespan to humans?? i think! i haven’t reread s1 in months
