Both, the webtoon is complete but it's based on a novel and the novel still had a bit more story
But I don't recommend keep reading the novel because

I didn't read the novel but I heard the fl gets a second husband (a prince from another country) together they have twins. (I also heard it was for political motives)

I don't like this because Glen the first ml its a cutie pie he is the first husband and together they have 1 kid (I don't like the second husband has more children with her than Glen)
