He probably portioned it for the elderly. As the village chief said, she has some gastrointestinal disorder that doesn't let her eat much.

She eats in portions but that-? thats like 3 pieces of tomato and whatever cheese he sprinkled in there seasoned with some kind of oil....thats hardly a salad
