I completed the Novel and this is my personal review

My review is my own personal view after completing the Novel -

Both ML and MC are super toxic, complicated characters with complex dynamics which is very intriguing and stuff. They are very well written and the author done a great job in dwelling into the characters emotions sometimes they were disconnected but it's fine it was a great Novel but with a lot of misunderstandings and non communication u guys might get exhausted honestly.
Let's start with ML - Yes people might hate him now, but ML has severe trauma of Beta Males and Abandonment. MLs first trauma is from his father affairs with beta males even if he did, the trashy father used to have sex infront of ML tied up to watch the father have sex with Male betas for hours and hours when he was just a kid, ML is super cherished by his grandfather so the father was punished and stuff but father never changes he still has sex and drugs most of the time, MLs mom also has affair with a Beta Male and his mother ignored all stuff about ML sadly. This stuff made him being repulsed by the idea of Beta Males and also Omega Males. ML other trauma stems from the Abandonment he had from Mc who moved away when ML was just 10 yo, u see ML mom and MC mom's were best friends so they practically raised them together and so ML only liked MC ever. MC moves away and ML has the Abandonment issue taken root here. So when MC returns into the life of ML, ML hates MC for abandoning him but when he sees MC laughing and talking with girls he gets extremely jealous and starts talking with MC and then becomes best friends with MC again and this time ML plans to hold on mc for life. U see ML had a plan with mc that he will give everything he had to MC and will make MC marry a beautiful Beta girl and the MC and the girl will have children and he will be god father to those children, he was like if when MC dies the right side of the MC grave will belong to the wife and he will settle with the left side of the grave and be buried with MC which was actually so sad and cute thoughts. See here starts to have wet dreams about Mc during his middle school era, he is disgusted by it but ignores it and he delusionalised himself that he was having paternal love for Mc. U see ML thinks if he loves and embraces MC he will be Nothin better than his father and he will be just like his father (and sadly by the end he thinks I am just like my father , ML never got the closure he required here.), so ML never does it but when MC confesses his love with ML, ML can see the eyes of MC which literally screams that he is going to leave ML if ML doesn't accept the relationship and realises that MC is not expecting an answer so it was abandonment which triggers it and he accepts it because he cannot live without MC, so yeah it starts their 7 years of painful relationship. ML whenever he is with MC he has the excitement to embrace and at the same time repulsion and he vomits which MC always thought just stemmed from MLs unwanted hate for beta males (but MC doesn't know the trauma ML has gone through). The layers of ML was very well established and sadly ml never got the closure for the trauma of a Beta male ( he got the closure for abandonment by MC reassuring ML all the time) but the trauma of beta male was forcefully had to overcome by ML himself because he accepted that he is just like his father and he is a bastard like his father who likes a beta male because he loved MC so much he accepted and overcame the trauma like this i felt so sad for this because ML was forced to overcome and accept the trauma instead of gaining the closure he needed, u see if he hadn't forcefully overcamed it he was scared MC will abandon him again so he does that. So he is a very well executed character and how much of a complex character he is. He is a complete loyal ML and he had so much guitl over the fact that he had slept with an omega while being in a relationship with MC it was eating ML away inside too.
Now MC - MC is also super loyal to ML, his only happiness is ML himself too. But u see he wanted to overcome the feelings and be rejected by ML so maybe he might move on but ML accepts and he falls down hard for ML everyday. U see ML most priority was always and will be Mc, ML used to abandon his gfs and everything just to make time for MC, those minor and major actions created so much built up love for ML it overflows for him but traps them in a dam. MC also has a complex about him being a beta as he doens't know ML has trauma and for no reason hates beta males, MC has that complex so much and the reason for the ghost pain in his ankle is because of this complex of him being a beta and ml is being disgusted by the beta stuff of MC. MC knows and thinks that yes ML will give up the world for MC but never his heart, body and love (which is the only thing MC wants from ML but can never have). So yeah he suffers through 7 years of unrequited love and can't stay away from ML. Hmm, honestly MC himself confessed he never tried to understand ML and simply blamed himself for liking ML when ML was going through so much trauma, yes I agree with his fact MC is very ignorant when it comes to stuff about ML, he loves ML but never tried to understand and go deeper into ML. MC always compares himself with MLs ex gfs and omegas which also makes him have a lowkey inferiority complex and I completely get it y he has it. MC has too many mood swings (idk if it's bad writing or its intentional) 1 chapter MC decides something and next chapter MC does something completely opposite ( i sometimes used to wonder did I skip some chapters lol) but yeah he is not strong in some parts. MC also is addicted to ML and can only ever smile cause of ML. Also when ML tells MC to sleep with omegas and stuff it's because ML thinks he is being a good friend and helping his friend release sexual desires while ML can't do that for MC, but yeah this actually makes a very hurtful impression on MC. U see ML speaks before he thinks so the words he says intentionally or unintentionally hurts MC so much, but yeah like disgusting and stuff they all stem from trauma but those words for a normal person just hurts and MC hates his beta status and body because of it. So there so much layers and going back and forth for MC, he never fully accepts ML until MLs mother reveals Mls trauma and then all the puzzle pieces falls into place and MC is devastated because he realises he is the one who hurt ML more from teb confession and how he never tried to understand ML and then he accepts ML but he cannot trust ML still completely when ML says I love u to MC so much is like let's start the relationship and ik someday I can trust u completely and the side stories end by them actually promising eo they will communicate and never bring misunderstandings to eo.
As for normal stuff - ML and MC marry in a court without a ceremony, their child name is Surim (he looks exactly like MC), ML madly adores his child and spoils him rotten. ML is an absolute monster he literally works, comes home, cleans the house, cooks for MC and has sex with MC after that. Literally ML is all in one he does everything for MC I was literally feeling so sad for ML I was wishing can't he just hire someone but ML wants to do everything for his husband and child lol. ML is a very dirty talked and has dirty sex and stuff with MC u can look forward to it. But yeah this much is what and if u like jealousy stuff, ML has a lot of jealousy instances in future u can look forward to it.
