Yes, basically that's it. This part seems like Ashley traumatized Grayson resulting to this behavior. It was never discussed yet who Grayson is and why he's like that not until Ashley explained it to Dane after they met. Even Dane hated Ashley at first. Not until he met Koi, he hated him less haha
