so i gotta do some self reflection, but heres my thoughts. this is a good read but i feel like it couldve been explained/executed better, especially when its a work about literature

i kinda get sunwoo's story, hes drown in grief by something he did in such a young age. at that time he hasnt even met haejin yet so its kinda not his fault that everything became like that. so the point is, he has to face the mistake he made, not running off and letting such a negative feeling settled in his heart like that. he mistook that he made haejin hurt because haejin's father died, but in reality it was because he cut of their relationship.

for sunwoo's friend, it's about proving that hes different from what other people perceived him. he didnt have the determination to do that at first, so the teach gave him a push. and after all that he managed to achieve what he wanted.

for teach kwon, his story complimented sunwoo's friend (im sorry but i forgot your name). he was strictly stuck to his rules, and didnt believe that people can change that easily. but thats the one mindest you must not have for a teacher, and his student proved that

and for haejin, i kinda not get it...? the story roughly tells like this: he had traumas about doing what he wanted/loved but it ended up hurting him (he almost missed his father's last moments). and later on he decided to not doing what he loved (writing) for the sake of his mother, but sunwoo and sunwoo's mom gave him advices that he either do it or dont, theres no in between. so he kept writing even if it might hurt himself again, because now he has someone whos standing by his side. also by standing together they found out what they really want to do, one is writing and the other is an editor

well yeah i feel like haejin's story couldve been better but overall its a pretty good read. i love how it goes back and forth between the past and present too
