I know this will never get better and it should stay toxic. The ml has done more damage than many black flags together and I don't see him doing a redemption arc or anything. He's not a candidate for that. He's too rotten. All this is chaotic af.
And the poor Mc, he really is useless without the ML or at least that's how he has been trained to think. He's not coming back too.
I think this story did a very well portrait of toxic obsession and dependency that doesn't end up in them in a fluffy romance that doesn't make sense with all the shit the ml did to the mc.
