In the topic of an intersex person, there's something called 'Outflaw Tract Blockages' where the individual ovulates normally but the mestrual blood is trapped in the body making it seem like there's no period.
Of course some intersex developed menstruation with developed both uterus and ovaries with their hormonal cycles.
