Honestly it's fine he was genuinely really annoying during the first 20 chapters but after that he was just okay I would totally recommend for you to not give up it's a good read tbh just my opinion tho he does get better at how he treats mc just annoying but not in an asshole way

Like I said I hate this. The ml is so annoying and ignorance. (Ps. I read the novel) he does not change though out the WHOLE story and it’s getting pushed past like comedy. The mc is “cute” and “stupid” is an annoying, they use that as the comedy but it’s js straight bullying. The side character do change like actually kind of respect him some way BUT THE ML doesn’t. And the weird slave ring WHOLE there was NO need for that?! This is genuinely such a weird story and it had potential if the author aren’t so weird. (︶︿︶)＝凸
