Even if u think that no one live in the house next infront of ur room u would still put curtains or just block the window view when having sex cus u don't know when the landlord come to check or bring people to fix stuff in that house , that's so stupid if u didn't wana people to see u. On the other hand if u like the thrill and left it on purpose that's okay and of u don't mind people seeing u then thats fine .
