I believe it is technically still possible for one of them to be his and the other not despite them being born as twins. If we apply realistic pregnancy scenarios to the story, then mc could've been pregnant with one before the marriage and then gotten pregnant again on their honeymoon. This would mean both babies have different fathers despite being carried together, it usually means one baby is born full term (the first one) and the other is premature (the second one.
