Their first time having sex was SA (in my opinion) chapters 11-12

Their first time having sex together will definitely put me off rereading this story, but since there hasn’t been anymore SA (that I can remember) I’ll finish it, but, that made me uncomfortable. And yes I think their first time was SA, uke was quite drunk, he seemed confused and all foggy, and also said he wanted the seme to slow down and even that he wanted to stop, but, the seme didn’t care and just had sex with him anyway, just because it wasn’t violent doesn’t mean it wasn’t SA. Just putting my opinion out there since I haven’t seen anyone mention it (that I know of) so if your not into their first time being, while one of them is intoxicated and wanted to stop and the other not caring and having sex anyway, this comment is for you

The first time you mentioned it was Just a wet dream of the same. The real first time it's was perfectly consensual

I thought maybe you might be right cuz I remember he was drunk but i just reread that chapter and the consent could not be more explicit. Yeorum literally asks hyeonseon if it's ok to go all the way and he says yes. That's as explicit as it gets. He also checks in on him multiple times and Hyeonson also converses properly (not blackout drunk) so it's very obviously consensual. Not all sex where one person is intoxicated is SA, you need to be completely incapacitated and unable to give proper consent to be considered SA

I'm sorry but sa? Where? Having sex while drunk isn't automatically sa... And he wasn't even that drunk - honestly it looked more like he was trying to rationalize having sex with a guy by blaming it on alcohol lol
It was impulsive, sure, they didn't sit down for a "let's have sex" talk, they just did, but it doesn't mean it wasn't consensual...

Right before the top put it in, didn’t the bottom say to wait, or that he wanted to stop, he verbalized that he didn’t want to and the top put it in anyway, didn’t he? And before that the bottom wanted to slow down, which was also ignored. I’m not saying you HAVE to sit down to have a sex talk, and sure it’s not always SA when one party is drunk and the other isn’t, but this time felt uncomfortable to me personally, and the scene from kissing in the rain to the hard cut of them on the couch and he seemed confused and not really all there seemed weird but maybe I’m misinterpreting that, but I stand by that it was at least dubious consent and even if all the ukes concerns stem from confusion from sleeping with a man, the fact is he made it verbally known he wanted to slow down or not go further than the point before penetration and that was all ignored, it’s fine it you don’t see it that way, but I did.
