From what i understand they are doing it to make people go to their websites and pay to read the rest of the chapters. Not only is this completely insane but most of their translations are AI translated, make no sense and have terrible quality.

that honestly explains a lot. translation isn't just replacing words from one language with another... it's about conveying tone, emotions, jokes, and the characters personalities. when everything is rushed through ai, a lot of that gets lost.
i'd much rather read something translated by people who genuinely care about the series than a rushed machine translation uploaded just to be first.

seeing the same chapter uploaded multiple times in a row is frustrating and completely clutters the reading experience. mangago used to be enjoyable because it felt organized; now it feels like readers are stuck watching scanlation groups race for first place.
i appreciate the work that goes into translating, but at this point it seems more about being the fastest than providing a good experience for readers.
if three different groups are translating the same series at the same time, nobody wins, especially not the readers.
