soo, personally theres three options-
1. very obvious, horrific entity that makes you shit your pants if you see it but realistically youd probably be hunted down and experimented on by the government so not possible.
2. a cute cat or dog so that you can be pampered and fed, you will have absolutely no responsibilities and just laze around everyday.
3. a bird. A BIRD. I WOULD DO ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING TO BE A BIRD. OH HOW I WOULD LOVE TO SOAR THE GREAT SKIES OBSERVING THE BEAUTIFUL GREENERY BENEATH ME ALL THE TIME. every time i hike, i am filled with the insatiable need to just be able to fly and perceive the great world. definitely what i’d pick. i mean you did say appearance, so idk if i would be able to fly but i hope so.
if i cant have the characteristics of the creature i would turn into, id just stay as myself because as ugly as i might be, i love myself and i dont want to change anything and im perfect. maybe id remove my tonsil stones or something lol

If you had the ability to look like whatever you wanted, human or not. You can only change your physical appearance, you can’t change who you are as a person. What would you change about yourself? Would you keep anything the same? Specifically would you keep a bodily imperfection (Scars, moles, etc.), or something you used to hate about your body? Again you don’t have to look like a human or any creature that exists.
