I usually avoid Harada's works because they're too hardcore for me, but wow! I was worried at first because Yata wants to be a savior for Momo—but thank goodness he's patient with Momo and stayed with him till the end.
As for Momo, he didn't choose to be a pr*stitute as a child. At that age, you should be playing around with toys. His habit of gambling, drinking and spending money are definitely his coping mechanisms. I'm glad he's finally in a healthy relationship and stable environment. I'm proud that he has a good boyfriend, good neighbor/friend, and a job!
Still, his past is too traumatizing and he really should still seek professional help (but psychologists are hella expensive and their country's mental health awareness sucks so bad)
