Ahh I just remembered that weird moment from chapter 3 where Eve turned dark for a split second. I thought it was because someone called Aura a “demon wannabe” but actually it was a response to hearing it somewhat directed towards himself! Totally disregarded it until this latest chapter! Clever writing!
