I just went back through and ita the first time were seeing him so that's why I dont remember him lol
I think he popped up without a face before, but we're basically seeing this from MC's pov: he doesn't recognise him so most of his appearances don't register and he doesn't remember much.
I do t even remember who this guy is. I mean I can read hes a co worker but I genuinely have no memory of him
