It's literally have "historical, revenge, dark, mystery" tag... and ppl here always judge everything from literally CHARTER ONE!!!
I hope you guys were not complaining to "disgusting grooming plot" in psychological twisted manga too.

I think it’s about Jaxxx new work “Song of the wasteland”. So it sets after a war, maybe those people are prisoners of war but kept in a ranch as slave/labourers. Gerald the MC, however free them the moment he saw them. He said “You are all free people who can’t be bought or sold with this ranch. Starting today, you can leave whenever you’d like”.
Everyone left the ranch except for one, which I guess is the ML and a cowboy.
