Couldn’t the mc be a black guy instead a white guy? Along with not focusing on the slave and master thing. It is so inappropriate and not the type of literature to talk about these things, when it’s bl and smut focus. It will only work if you take account history and tell the whole truth, but I highly doubt it will go there. It just uncomfortable and lacks real understanding
