Literally how I thought about “I'm A Stepmother, But My Daughter Is Just Too Cute!” one. I have a mind set that there’s nothing as downgraded as that one so this new artstyle is still 100 times better
You’re so brave, I couldn’t take it and dropped that one cause of the art and the way the characters act but I get what you mean
I’m rereading earlier chapters for fun and I realized I really miss the old art style, it made everyone look better especially Deborah. The current style makes it look sorta cartoonish and silly, I can’t take it seriously. I miss how fierce/intimidating Deborah used to look, how sickly Isidor looked as the guild master, how Deborah’s family looked especially her dad which in my opinion was fine as hell. I know it won’t go back to how it used to be but hopefully they can tweak the art a bit and go back to how it was before
