for it being an anthology yes that's true but I'm pretty sure it's just Kaizen being a garbage uploader cuz the anthology is already fully released on Mr.Blue and has been for some time now, I think they just wanna stake their claim on each story without uploading them in full to detour other uploaders. they could just translate one story at a time instead of releasing 1-3 chapters of each at a time. most uploaders (the good ones not the ai ones) typical do one story at a time so you're not left reading bits and pieces of them at random
The reason why it looks incomplete it is because it's an anthology or a compilation of different stories of various artist. It's similar to Seven Days of Lust or Idol Short Story Anthology or Obscene lnvasion. By the looks of it, it's being uploaded based on each story update so none of them are going to update at the same time ¯_(ツ)_/¯
