A bit underwhelming than how I expected it. Predictable and cliché plot, yes. Execution, meh. ML, lovable but not that brilliant. FL, acts cringy and a bit stupid plus ignorant, yucky. Not a single character interaction that was was interesting enough to come back for. Overall, 5 out of 10.
Writer or creator who chooses cliché plot should really invest more creative execution and settings rathen that just following an already outdated outline to sell. And publishers should really review more works going out there than just trying to rake revenue to what became popular and overuse it til it dries out and a new popular setting comes out. Well ig that's marketting and we can't do a thing abt it.
