i don’t think so as in i don’t think juhyeok feels obligated to love him back. i think this new chapter shows us that juhyeok is also a flawed narrator bc he’s so tunnel visioned on his career and his love of judo (he has every right to be and i’m glad he refuses to give up on a sport that constantly tells him bc of ur subgender u can’t do it) that he doesn’t really have the time or energy to reflect on how he truly feels. as a child it was easier. he loved suah and wanted to be his alpha/husband but then he got thrown for a loop with the subgender reveal and he’s still working on that and suah didn’t give him any fucking space to breathe either with his constant stalker/helicopter mom behavior. but daiki has given him a safe space (and the old man triggered the reflection with his questions) and juhyeok does seem fond of suah (like that hair touch was so *slams desk*)

I’m trying to eat the suah and juhyeok meal because their endgame obviously but as someone mentioned in the comments it just feels like suah loves juhyeok way more and he feels obligated to love him back
