Yes no worries!
First of all the most glaring issue: DID forms from repeated childhood abuse (or sometimes longstanding traumatic situations like living in a warzone at as a child). After a certain age (around 9 years old) its not really possible to develop DID anymore. However, most people dont realize they have it until later in life (like way later sometimes not until 30s and 40s bc its offen misdiagnosed)
Secondly: Switches dont happen after sleep thats a bit ridiculous detail. The most realistic switch happened during the movie theatre scene where someone else fronts when the current fronter can't handle whats going on. He didnt need to pass out tho, people typically switch while completely awake. People have uploaded videos of them switching for educational purposes on YouTube if ur curious. (Search smth like DID / OSDD switching)
Third: most systems (what ppl with DID and OSDD are called colloquially/by their community) have an "inner world" and once they're aware of their system existing then they can usually talk to each other just fine even while theyre awake they dont need to go to sleep to talk or anything
Lastly: this isnt really wrong persay but most systems have more than two members. They may have 5 or 7 or sometimes in complex did they may have a very high number like 20.
But having positive representation where the system is loved and not portrayed as a violent criminal killer or something like that and where alters/headmates/whatever people prefer to call them are treated as individuals is very valuable I'll say. Im not a system but generally I want better for disabled people and our representation in media.
The author got some details wrong about how DID works but overall I liked the ending and that they didnt try to fuse! Finally we get a happy throuple ending with a love triangle
