While I understand why… I think as the characters said is like weird but they’re no longer kids and they explicitly discuss how they cannot think about the other being a child, thus; the reminder of what do you want to do reminiscing or foreplay?
It’s like if I see a picture of my bf as a child he’s the cutest and I want to bite his cheeks and I can see him as a man a minute later and wanting now to bite his other cheeks
So… yes brain is weird
