It was my 1st job, living in the USA.
[Attendance Issues] is the reason for my termination written on my paperwork,
But
What if it was also something else too?
Does the employer legally HAVE to tell you all the reasons or are they allowed to keep secrets?
I know this is a crazy place to ask,
