Man.. re-reading this for the second time, made me realize Rosamond really is a bitch. I know she has hardships in the past but doesn’t really excuse on how she trampled other woman just to get power. Yeah, Lucho is a trash, but he is also a victim as well. Starting with his childhood he is already manipulated by his step mother through killing his own mother. In short, he was surrounded by fucked up people including rosamond. He thought loving rosamond is enough, givjng her everything is enough. But in the end, Rosamond only wanted the power he holds. He knew it very well. ( in the novel, in their first timeline he also killed rosamond because of her greediness as an empress. ) but it still does not excuse of him from his sins because together with rosamond, they involve such innocent victims (FL and her sister).
But everything is through Rosamond. She started manipulated Lucho. She is actually knew his weakness and decided to use it over him.
I don’t really understand why some people try to defend her just because she has a harsh past. They are all victims but what irks me the most is Rosamond because she involved so many people just to get some power. She used their weakness just to trample everybody. But I think she is one of the baddie villainess. She stood her ground until the end.
