Nope. If I remember correctly, the author gave them a child after everything was stable. The ML gave the MC basically everything before leaving but the MC wanted him to stay. Their relationship was very healthy and sweet when they had the baby.
I think you were thinking of the first baby were they both didn't even know the MC was pregnant and knew he was pregnant after he got a miscarriage. If.. that's what I remember lol
