I think she’s a bit misunderstood. I think the crown prince does not know why she beat the snot out of the blond before he just decided to behead her. No one seems to know she is a manipulative little shit and probably a reincarnated person considering the whole knowing the future thing and the questions she asked the holy knight.
this is actually pretty good. i like that annelie isn’t a pushover and she’s also not an overpowered mary sue. i also like how she’s not a good person. she was technically a villainess, she wasn’t some “misunderstood girl”. i appreciate how complex her character is and i enjoy that she’s not a good person with good goals in mind. i do hope the manhwa continues down this path of focusing on annelie herself and not ruin the story with some half-baked romance. i don’t mind a subplot, but annelie is already interesting even without a stable male lead.
